Report a safety concern

Tell us about an immediate safety risk to a Slide Practice user, a coach acting outside their license, or AI-generated content that is unsafe. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Examples
  • A coach is practicing regulated therapy or medicine without a license
  • A client described an active risk to themselves or others
  • An AI-generated recap contained unsafe, defamatory, or clearly hallucinated content
  • A user appears to be a minor (Slide Practice is 18+)
